For the way you trade

Know who has paid and who still owes you

A sale today and a payment next week should be easy to follow. Stashwise keeps people, balances and entries together, so you can check the details before your next conversation.

01

Keep the customer with the entry

When a customer takes something and will pay later, record the sale and the amount owed with that person. Use the People tab to find the balance instead of searching through messages or a paper notebook.

02

Record a payment without counting another sale

Imagine a customer owes $60 and pays $20. Record the $20 as a payment against what they owe, leaving $40 to collect. Entering it as a new sale would describe a different event.

Check the person, amount and account before saving. With voice entry, Stashwise shows the interpreted details for confirmation first.

03

Check the details before following up

Review the customer’s entries and balance before contacting them. A clear record of the original sale and any payments makes it easier to explain what remains.

The app’s optional reminders help you remember to record your trading. They are not a promise that Stashwise will send collection messages to customers.

04

Keep balances private at the counter

Your books live in an encrypted database on your phone, protected by a passcode or fingerprint. The eye control covers amounts when you need to open the app without displaying your figures to people nearby.

05

Does this work offline on both platforms?

Core sales and payment recording works offline on iOS and Android. Optional server-assisted voice processing and cloud backups use internet. No account is needed; contact us through the beta signup to ask about current testing access.
